Work may be paused or delayed if agreed payments are not received within the applicable payment period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TechHodu retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, processes, reusable components, and intellectual property.

Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.

Third-party assets, software, fonts, plugins, APIs, libraries, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Projects may involve third-party platforms, integrations, hosting providers, APIs, payment services, software, plugins, or other external services.

TechHodu cannot guarantee the continued availability, performance, pricing, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.

We aim to keep the TechHodu website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the website without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechHodu will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website.
